How to book this package
Email us with your inquiry, or you can book through the room booking system; see below.
To click BOOK NOW from the website. Choose the dates and room you will stay in. Before submitting the booking, add the Golf Package upgrade option, then submit the booking.
If you have already booked the room, simply email us and let us know the date you wish to play.
Conditions and Terms
15 days free cancellations; due to bad weather or any other reason, if the course is closed, fully refundable.
The golf course booking will be subject to availability.
Golf course and dinner booking must be confirmed by email from us.
If your booking is canceled at the last minute by the providers due to unforeseen circumstances, the cost of golf or dinner bookings will be refunded.
The golf booking charge is from 1 Oct 2026 to 31 March 2027. For any bookings outside these dates, the charge will be updated accordingly.
Players and spectators must be dressed in appropriate golf attire, neat and tidy, at all times when entering
Men and boys must wear a collared shirt or polo neck that is in good taste and designed for golf. Golf dress pants or shorts are required.
Women and girls may wear collarless shirts with or without sleeves. Dresses, skorts, skirts, tailored pants, three-quarter pants, or tailored shorts are required.
Not permitted for women are straps, halter-tops, tank tops, racer backs, and bare midriffs.
Not permitted at all times are: T-shirts, singlets, denim shorts, denim pants, track pants, work boots, jandals.
Golf shoes: metal spikes are not permitted on the course
Wairakei Golf Course Management reserves the right to deny access if the dress code is not met.
